Shipping policy

At Label WildChild, we strive to bring our unique, made-to-order fashion pieces directly to you, combining care with efficiency.

Our brand is deeply rooted in the promotion of sustainable fashion, emphasizing minimal inventory to ensure that each item is thoughtfully crafted and tailored to perfection.

Processing Time:

Every piece from Label WildChild is specially created for you.

Please allow us a processing time of 48-72hrs for preparing and dispatching your order.

This duration excludes weekends and public holidays and is subject to the norms of our courier partners.

Delivery Commitment:

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Delhi NCR, India.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

For priority or express delivery requests, please WhatsApp us before placing your order.

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for dispatch during sale periods or high order volumes.

We aim for prompt delivery, although we are not liable for any delays once the order is in the hands of the courier company / postal authorities.

Non-Delivery & Re-shipping Policy

In case the courier is not accepted or remains undelivered due to any reason, our delivery partner will make three delivery attempts. If all three attempts fail, the order will be returned to the brand.

To reship the product, the customer must either:

Pay the re-delivery charges in advance, or

Complete the full prepaid payment for the garment, in which case no additional delivery fee will be charged.

International and Domestic Shipping:

For international buyers, we ship through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

For our domestic buyers, orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or speed post.

Cash on Delivery (CoD) Option:

We now offer a Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment option for our domestic customers.

Partial CoD : A minimal partial amount has to be paid for order confirmation and the rest will be charged on the time of delivery. No delivery charges on the same!

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will confirm the details via email, and you will be required to pay with cash or UPI upon delivery.

Please note that partial payment is non-refundable in the case of order cancellations after dispatch.
