At Label WildChild, we pour our hearts into crafting each piece, ensuring that what you receive is not just a product, but a piece of our passion.
We stand by the quality of our creations, performing thorough quality checks before sending them to you. We understand, however, that sometimes things may not go as planned.
Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Size Exchange If the size isn't quite right, you're eligible for one size exchange. Here's how it works:
- Send us an exchange request within 4 days of receiving your order, via WhatsApp 9810546075 or email team@labelwildchild.com.
- We'll review stock availability and share the next steps with you.
- You can ship the garment back to us yourself, or get in touch with our support team and we'll arrange the pickup for you (paid basis).
- Once we receive the garment and our team checks the quality and condition, your new size will be sent out to you.
Returns If your product arrives damaged, or it's simply not what you hoped for, we offer a quick return. Here's how:
- WhatsApp or email us the details within 4 days of receiving your order, and our team will take care of the rest.
- The security tag/seal must be intact and unbroken.
- The garment must be unused — no lipstick marks, no stains, no signs of wear.
- You can send the garment back yourself (self-ship), or ask us to arrange it for you — in which case the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.
- We may request photographs or a short video of the garment to assess eligibility.
- Label WildChild reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of any return.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, but we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Store Credit All approved returns are issued as store credit (no cash refunds). Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be accessed anytime by logging into your account. If a piece is out of stock and cannot be remade, full store credit will be offered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Briefs and any inner-wear items are not eligible for return or exchange (hygiene reasons).
- Custom-tailored outfits are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made to order.
Please note All requests must be raised within 4 days of receiving your order. We recommend filming an unboxing video — it helps us resolve any issue quickly and smoothly.
